Valnemulin Hydrochloride inhibits the synthesis of bacterial proteins by binding to the 50S subunit on the pathogenic microbial ribosome, inhibits the synthesis of RNA at high concentrations, and it can bind to the V region (23SrRNA) on the pathogen ribosome, prevent the accurate localization of transpeptidase, inhibit the synthesis of proteins, and eventually cause the death of pathogenic microorganisms, thereby showing antibacterial activity.
Valnemulin hydrochloride is a semi-synthetic animal-specific antibiotic. It is mainly used for the prevention and treatment of mycoplasma disease and gram-positive bacteria infection in pigs, cattle, sheep and poultry; and it has broad spectrum, strong antibacterial activity, excellent pharmacokinetic characteristics, low residue, safety and other characteristics.
