Diphenhydramine Hcl has the following effects: (1) antihistamine effect; (2) inhibition of central nervous system activity caused by sedative and hypnotic effect; (3) strengthening the effect of antitussive drugs; (4) anti-vertigo, anti-tremor paralysis effect.
